Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from London, UK (note that as a result of Corona Virus all shipping is taking longer than usual so do expect some delays)
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and delivery method. Please make sure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Once your order is prepared for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

*Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UK and your country. Please allow extra time if you live in a remote location. Priority / Express services are not available to all overseas EU territories.
Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as the Holidays, may impact delivery times.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Royal Mail.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
If you order has been delivered incomplete, please contact LBB Skincare at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, we can confirm all orders have left our building and proof of postage can be supplied.
Please see above for estimated delivery times, these times are indicative and subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and processing. If you have not received your order, you should:
- Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
- Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
- Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel.
- Contact us if there’s still no sign of the parcel and we will be able to raise a claim against the carrier.
We must be notified in writing of any missing orders within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch.
We want you to love your LBB purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please email email@example.com so we can understand what went wrong. We recommend that our products be used for at least 30 consecutive days (or 1 cycle of cellular regeneration) in order to see results.
If within 45 days, you aren’t happy, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or merchant credit, depending upon your preference and subject to our inspection.
While we understand that sometimes it takes a few tries to realise a product isn’t right for your skin, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any items where more than half of the product has been used.
Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase products and unfortunately, we do not process exchanges.
