    • 1   How should I store my products?

      We recommend in a cool dark space – see individual product packs for specific instructions

    • 2   What are the products shelf life

      All of our products have an expiry date printed on or a PAO (Period-After-Opening) symbol located on its respective carton which can be referenced for specific shelf lives after first use.

    • 3   Are your products gluten free?

      We do our best to source materials that are able to provide a certificate of being gluten free. However, for customers with gluten sensitivities we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and ingredients we use are 100% gluten free.

    • 4   Are your products vegan?

      Yes, all our products are vegan and we are certified with PETA, as part of its beauty without bunnies program.

    • 5   Are your products safe for pregnancy?

      All of our products are made with non-toxic, non-artificial, 100% natural ingredients. Every person and every pregnancy is different, so we recommend discussing products with your physician.

    • 6   What do you use as preservatives?

      We only use preservatives approved and declared safe for use in organic products by EcoCert, the International Organic Inspection and Certification body and they are mostly plant derived or ferments of bacteria.

    • 7   Are your products organic?

      While our products are 100% natural, we are not certified as organic. Not every natural ingredient can be certified organic, for example, fermentations, biotechnology, and other powerful natural ingredients. We only purchase ingredients from suppliers we trust to adhere with our ethical standards.

    • 8   What do your certifications mean?

      We are certified cruelty free and vegan by PETA, the largest animal rights organisation globally. This means that we do not believe in supporting the inhumane treatment of animals in cosmetic and personal care product testing and all our products are cruelty-free every step of the way.

      PETA has verified that neither us nor our ingredient suppliers conduct, commission, or pay for any testing on animals for ingredients, formulations or finished products and our products are completely free of any animal extracts.

    • 9   Where are LBB products manufactured?

      All our products are formulated by expert natural skincare chemists and dermo-pharmacists in the UK, and while most of our products are also manufactured in the UK we occasionally have to go further afield to deliver on our SMART objectives. We specify our ingredient suppliers and only work with partners we trust to adhere with our ethical standards.

    • 10   Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

      We make a conscious decision to be environmentally responsible and majority of our packaging is either fully recyclable or biodegradable. We absolutely avoid excessive packaging that serves no practical function i.e. no shrink wrapping in plastic, we only use environmentally friendly decoration and much more. In the rare instances when practically we can’t yet be fully compliant to meet our SMART objectives, we continue to explore more sustainable alternatives.

    • 11   Are the fragrances in your products natural?

      Yes, all of our fragrances are 100% derived from nature.

    • 12   Are your products safe for use on sensitive skin?

      Our skincare products are rich in anti-inflammatory, calming and antioxidant ingredients that are great for soothing angry and sensitive skin. Infact, Take Off-Touch Down, our XL face and Body cleansing cloth is dermatologically tested to be safe for sensitive skin. However as every person is different, we recommend you patch test the products first as you should be doing before introducing any new skin care product.

    • 1   Do you offer an auto-renewal service?

      Yes, we call it our Fast Track Service! It is the most convenient way to get your smart skin fix delivered to you on a regular schedule and it comes with savings.

      How it works

      We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online through your account whenever you need. Simply tell us how often you want your chosen products, and we’ll take it from there. You will receive saving off all subscription purchases on all replenishment orders.

      You always have complete control over your Fast Track orders and we send an email reminder 7 days before each order is shipped. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime within your account. Changes to orders can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date and you can skip, pause or cancel at any time.

    • 2   How do I join Fast Track?

      Joining Fast Track is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page. To get started, simply select the “Fast-Track” option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal. Note: You will need to create an LBB account and

      Fast Track is limited to our UK customers for now.

    • 3   What will happen after I join Fast Track?

      After you join Fast Track, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the ‘Fast Track’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders, subscribed items, and account information.

      We will place your Fast Track orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before each subscription order.

      You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Fast Track account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel a subscription item, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

    • 4   How do I make changes to my Fast Track order?

      Once you’ve joined, Fast Track is easy to manage. To modify your Fast Track subscription, simply go to “My Account” in the top right corner of our website. Once you log in, click on “Fast Track subscriptions” under “account details.” Then click the “edit” button on the right to update, pause or cancel your Fast Track subscription. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

    • 5   How do I pause or cancel my Fast Track subscription?

      You can edit, pause or cancel at any time. Simply log into your account and click “Subscriptions.”

    • 6   How do I combine items to be in the same order?

      Fast Track items that you purchased together will ship together. Also if they are around the same [4] day window they will ship together. If you have multiple Fast Track subscriptions on different dates, look at your upcoming order in the My Fast Track section. Change other Fast Track subscriptions you want to ship with that order to the same date. Remember, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and payment method.

    • 7   Can I add items to my next order with an existing Fast Track order?

      No not at the moment

    • 8   Fast Track Terms

      Fast Track items will ship automatically until you cancel. By placing this order you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected.
